There's an old ritual for good weather out there that involves burying a bottle of bourbon. The idea is that you bury the bottle thirty days before your event and then uncover it the day of the event for a little favor from the heavens. Rain or shine, it's a clever way to enjoy a little pre-wedding libation.
This tradition wound up treating Perry & Alan quite well as they tempted friends and family to join them in Sun Valley, Idaho to help them celebrate commitment to one another. It was a spectacular wedding through and through. Some may say it was the bourbon, others, just a little sunlight on these two incredible people.
